Q: When will my package ship? I need my shades!
A: We ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your order, and most packages take 2-4 days to reach US addresses. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will ship Monday-Tuesday. We have a long standing Daddy-Daughter Friday afternoon tradition - family first!! During high volume times like site-wide promotions or busy Spring months, order processing can take an extra day or two. Thanks for understanding!
Q: I need to return my super sweet shades for some crazy reason, what do I do?
A: No problem, it happens. We take returns within 30 days of purchase. Click here to start your Easy Return & Exchanges for US addresses. We are a small company, so unfortunately can't afford to offer free return shipping, so your refund will deduct the shipping fee - but you will only be charged for the actual postage cost (usually a couple dollars within the US)! If you want to draw a smiley face on the invoice when you return it to make us feel better we would appreciate it.

Q: I live outside the US (including Canada), will I have to pay customs or duty on my shades?
A: Possibly, we make no representations about whether your country might charge customs or duty and we are not responsible for any customs fees. It may be worthwhile to do a little research on your end to see if customs fees might apply for a product coming from the United States (manufacturing origin of Italy).
Q: I need to exchange my super sweet shades because a different size will fit me or my kiddo better.
A: No problem. Basically, our exchanges are handled like a return, so all you have to do is start an Easy Return & Exchange using this link and purchase the size you want. Doesn't make sense? Email email@example.com and we'll send you more complete exchange directions.
A: Polarized lenses block 100% UVA/B/C rays, are tested and certified to US and international standards, and are shatter/impact resistant! PLUS polarized lenses have an extra glare-reduction function. The anti-glare polarized coating reduces eye strain by cutting glare from the sun and reflective surfaces. This is most useful in high glare environments like on the water, snow, direct sun (desert environments for example). Polarized lenses are most advantageous for adults and active kids that are outside a lot, but reducing eye strain is always a good long term eye health benefit!
A: We have replacement lenses available (for free!) on our website (doesn't include prescription lenses). All you have to do is pay shipping and handling charges (sorry, that's how the world works!). You can find them on the Spare Lenses page under the Shop tab. Make sure add the correct size you need from the right page (baby, toddler or junior). To get them for free, use the secret code we give you on your invoice. shhh... don't tell anyone :)
Q. My frames broke! Do you offer a warranty or replacement guarantee on your sunglasses?
We hate when things break! We are so confident that our ro•sham•bo baby shades can withstand your baby that we offer a full damage replacement guarantee if your frames break or get damaged in the first year of their use. For full details please refer to the terms & conditions.
Register your shades today and if the frames get damaged or break in their first year of use we'll send you a free replacement (all you pay is shipping!). Especially important for our customers via Amazon or other retail stores to fill out so we have record of your purchase date!
Q: Can I put a prescription in my frames?
A: YES! We offer a super fast, super affordable prescription fulfillment service right on our website! If you want to do it yourself, that's fine too: all of our frames are prescription friendly, meaning your local optician/optometrist can put your prescription in the frame in a new clear or tinted lens. Availability and cost to do that depends on your particular circumstances (how thick the lens in, insurance, etc).

Q. I saw that you support autism charity. Do you offer any discounts for other special needs groups or organizations?
A. Yes! We can provide your group or organization with a 25% off promotional code that can be used for our prescription glasses service. With our special discount, special needs families and organizations can get a high quality set of glasses for about $50 including single vision prescription lenses, frame, shipping, zipper carrying case and silicone strap. It's an amazing deal and we are happy to support your family! You can email us your group's information at email@example.com and we will respond with a discount code!
Q. Do you offer any programs for fundraising?Yes! We have a fundraising program we call a "SUNdraiser" which is a unique and fun way to fundraise for your child's school, your church, club, organization, whatever!
Q: My shades show they are delivered but they have not arrived yet. What do I do?
A: If a package is marked as “delivered” by the USPS it is your responsibility as the recipient to track it down with your local post office. Please be sure to check around your home/yard as well as check with your neighbors. You’d be surprised how many packages are left inside open garages, behind gates, or under patio furniture. The best luck with packages marked as delivered is to speak with your local post office and the actual person that handles your mail. Our mailers are unique and branded so they can often remember where they were placed.
It is common for packages to halt movement in a distribution center and/or post office, please allow 10 additional business days for a package to begin moving again. Once a package has not moved for more than 10 business days we can send out a replacement.
Q: I live outside of the United States. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
A: Possibly. Items shipped outside of the US may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which were not included in total cost of your order. Such fees are not charged by ro•sham•bo baby, nor are we responsible for any fees incurred. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Q. What is the best way to clean polarized and/or mirrored sunglasses?
A. Clean, warm water is the easiest, cheapest, safest, and most effective way to remove smudges and other dirt from polarized sunglasses. We also provide a microfiber pouch with every pair of sunglasses, which is perfect for removing fingerprints and smudges.
