feel free to use the message box or emails below and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can! we are a (very!) small family business, just a mom and a dad most of the time, and mom still has a day job, so a response can sometimes take 24 hours or so. to speed things along, check out the frequently asked questions below, if we think this answers your inquiry, we reserve the right to politely ignore you (but we still love you!)

Q: When will my package ship? I need my shades!

A: We ship next business day most of the time, and most packages take 2-4 days to reach US addresses. HOWEVER, we take off early most Fridays and do not ship on Saturdays, so orders placed late in the day Friday (PST) or weekends will all ship bright and early the following Monday morning. We have a long standing daddy-daughter Friday afternoon tradition - family first!! Thanks for understanding.

Q: I need to return my super sweet shades for some crazy reason, what do I do?

A: No problem, it happens. We take returns within 30 days of purchase. follow the easy returns link at the bottom of the homepage, under the "contact us" drop down, or click here. We are a small company, so unfortunately can't afford to offer free return shipping, so your refund will deduct the shipping fee - but you will only be charged for the actual postage cost (usually a couple dollars within the US)! If you want to draw a smiley face on the invoice when you return it to make us feel better we would appreciate it.

Q: I need to return my super sweet shades for some crazy reason but I live outside of the United States, what do I do?

A: Unfortunately, our easy returns portal only handles US returns - it's just not smart enough to handle the rest of the world I guess. Sorry about that, but you can still do a return if you are ok with paying the shipping back to us - wish we could afford to offer free return shipping, but we have kids to feed! simply send your return items (with invoice and a not as to which items to refund) to:

Q: I need to exchange my super sweet shades because a different size will fit me or my kiddo better.

A: No problem. basically, our exchanges are a return (using the easy returns link under the contact us tab) and a new purchase of the size you want. doesn't make sense? email helpme@roshambobaby.com and we'll send you more complete exchange directions.

Q: I lost or scratched the heck out of my baby/junior lens(es). how do I get a free replacement?

A: we have replacement lenses available (for free!) on our website. all you have to do is pay shipping and handling charges (sorry, that's how the world works!). you can find them on the "replacement lenses" link under the Shop tab. make sure add the correct size you need from the right page (baby or junior) and the correct lens or lenses you need (logo side or non-logo side). to get them for free, use the secret code we give you on your invoice. shhh... don't tell anyone :)

Q: can i put a prescription in my shades?

A: YES! we now offer a super fast, super affordable prescription fulfillment service right on our website! if you want to do it yourself, that's fine too: all of our frames are prescription friendly, meaning your local optician/optometrist can put your prescription in the frame in a new clear or tinted lens. availability and cost to do that depends on your particular circumstances (how thick the lens in, insurance, etc).

Q: I want to wholesale your shades, how do I do that?
A: you're awesome. go to the wholesaler application link under "contact us" and follow the instructions to set up an account. this will allow you to place smaller wholesale orders right through our website.
Q: my toddler refuses to eat broccoli, what do I do?
A: give him ice cream.
